Delivery

Delivery is available to London and the Home Counties only.

The cost of delivery is £15 for all orders.

Most orders can be delivered within 2 business days of placing your order. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order to confirm the date and time of delivery.

Please note that you as the customer take full responsibility for the unloading of material and must provide sufficient means of unloading upon delivery.

Online Steel Beams London will not accept any liability for losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Risks

For your security, all materials and deliveries should be signed for upon receipt. It is the customers responsibility to check goods prior to unloading. Any damage caused during unloading is down to the customer and Online Steel Beams London will not be held responsible for goods damaged during unloading.

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, we ask that a photo is taken prior, during and after unloading to ensure your complaint is investigated effectively. Failure to do so may require material to be re-ordered at cost to the customer. All materials should be signed for as “received in good condition”. Any materials signed for “received unchecked” will be disregarded as it is the responsibility of the customer to check goods at they arrive. Online Steel Beams London will not be held responsible for damaged goods once the delivery has been signed for “received in good condition”.

Refunds & returns

Customers have 1 working day to report all damaged goods, discrepancies or other issues to Online Steel Beams London. This includes damaged goods, goods ordered in error, faulty goods and goods lost in transport. Failure to do so may result in the material having to be re-ordered at cost to the customer. If inadequate evidence is provided, Online Steel Beams London reserve the right to dismiss any refund claim for lost, damaged and missing goods.

Returns cannot be accepted for any reason other than outlined above.
